What is the minimum order quantity?
Labelled mini pouches and 100g bars can start from 100 units; gift boxes with branded wraps can start from 50. Fully printed boxes generally start from 1,000. Each artwork design and product format has its own minimum.
Can we choose different flavours?
Yes. Mini pouches and gift boxes can contain suitable assortments. Branded 100g bars normally use one flavour per design and minimum run; additional flavours may require separate minimum quantities.
Can we develop our own flavour or chocolate shape?
Exclusive flavours, alternative weights and custom shapes may be possible depending on the project. A new shape can require custom moulds, extra development time and minimum quantities.
Can you print our logo directly onto chocolate?
We offer branding through packaging, sleeves, labels, wraps and other presentation formats. Direct logo printing onto the chocolate is not part of our standard offering.
Do you provide packaging templates and artwork help?
Yes. We provide dielines and print specifications, prefer print-ready PDF artwork and can help with straightforward design. More comprehensive design or new packaging keylines may be quoted separately.
Will we approve artwork before production?
Yes. A digital artwork proof is supplied for approval before production. Physical print or production samples may be discussed for suitable larger projects.
How long does branded chocolate production take?
Simple labelled products typically take around two weeks from approved design and payment. Fully printed packaging and larger runs typically take three to four weeks. Timing depends on production availability and project requirements.
Do you publish branded chocolate prices?
Every quote is tailored to the chocolate format, quantity, packaging and artwork. Standard branding is included in the quoted product price; additional bespoke development may incur separate charges.
Can we reorder our branded chocolates?
Yes. Repeat orders and storage of printed packaging can be arranged, subject to the applicable packaging and product minimum quantities.
What shelf life do branded chocolates have?
Suitable products generally have at least nine months of shelf life, with many formats typically offering around 12–18 months. The confirmed shelf life depends on the chosen recipe and specification.
Can you deliver internationally or to multiple locations?
Yes, international and multi-location delivery can be discussed. Bulk delivery to one address is the standard arrangement. We do not currently offer individual direct-mail campaign fulfilment as a standard service.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Dietary options depend on the selected products and verified specifications. Share your requirements with us so we can confirm suitable choices.
Can you work with agencies and retail brands?
Yes. We work with marketing agencies, hospitality customers and retailers, including projects for resale under a customer brand. Agency or reseller terms can be discussed for suitable volumes.
Can we include promotional inserts or arrange staged deliveries?
Customer-supplied inserts, tailored outer packaging, packaging storage and staged deliveries can be discussed, subject to project requirements and quotation.
