Mini Chocolates & Favours FAQs
What mini chocolate formats do you offer?
Our main formats are two-piece 20g pouches, four-piece 40g pouches and four- or nine-piece mini gift boxes. Each chocolate is typically 10g.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Unbranded and custom-labelled mini pouches start at 100 units. Fully printed packaging typically starts at 1,000 units per design. Gift boxes and specialist formats are quoted individually.
Can we customise flavours and chocolate designs?
Yes. Choose from suitable milk, dark and white chocolates, filled or solid pieces, mixed flavours and decorative finishes. Custom shapes or new flavours may require additional development and minimum quantities.
Can you print our logo or event details?
Yes. Labels and packaging can incorporate logos, messages, QR codes and event details. Individual guest-name printing is not currently offered as a standard service.
What are your typical lead times?
Standard and labelled minis typically require around two weeks; fully printed packaging usually takes three to four weeks. Timing depends on approved artwork, payment, product specifications and production availability. Allow extra time at Christmas.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Pricing is quoted based on the product format, quantity, branding, chocolate selection and supply arrangements. We do not currently publish a fixed price list.
Can you supply hotels regularly?
Yes. We can discuss biweekly or monthly repeat orders, larger packaging runs, staged deliveries and multiple hotel locations, subject to agreed quantities and scheduling.
Can we request samples?
Samples may be available before a larger order. We can advise what is practical for your preferred chocolate and packaging format.
What is the shelf life?
Shelf life depends on the flavour and filling. Many products have at least nine months, while some solid formats may last longer. The confirmed product specification and best-before date apply to each order.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Some dietary requirements may be accommodated using suitable verified products. Please tell us about allergens or dietary requirements so we can confirm the available options.
Do you deliver to venues or internationally?
Yes. We can arrange delivery throughout Ireland, to hotels and event venues, and internationally where suitable. Multiple destinations and staged deliveries can be quoted.
Can we provide our own packaging or inserts?
Customer-supplied inserts and some packaging arrangements may be possible. All finished products must retain the required food-labelling and allergen information.
