We offer free tracked delivery within the Republic of Ireland for orders over €35. For all other shipping costs, please see below:

Domestic orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched within 24 hours Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays and subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following day. Delivery times within the Republic of Ireland may vary between 1-3 business days. We use DPD as our domestic shipping partner.
International delivery costs will be calculated at checkout as they are subject to individual rates depending on order weight. International orders are fulfilled by the countries' national post service and include DPD or DHL Tracking as standard. International orders may also be subject to import taxes and duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
During peak trading times/seasonal times (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Easter), delivery times may be longer. We cannot guarantee any delivery times once the products leave our facility, but we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to monitor your order. Buíoch Irish Chocolates cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our shipping providers due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Please note that Buíoch Irish Chocolates cannot be held responsible for damage to packages (heat or otherwise) that may occur during shipping. We work hard to prevent any damage during transit; however, once the products leave our factory, any damage that may occur is out of our hands.
Deliveries are made during business hours only, and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone will be home to receive the delivery, which will be delivered by third-party couriers.
