What chocolate products do you supply to hotels?
Our main hospitality range includes two-piece and four-piece mini pouches, branded chocolate bars and chocolate gift boxes. Hotel retail products, hampers and other formats are available by enquiry.
Can we add our hotel logo or create an exclusive product?
Yes. We can discuss property-specific packaging, custom flavours, chocolate decorations, and shapes or moulds for suitable projects. Options and minimums depend on the requirements.
Can you supply chocolates on a recurring basis?
Yes. We can arrange fortnightly, monthly or quarterly orders, standing orders and planned replenishment subject to agreed case quantities and production schedules.
Can you supply multiple hotels in one group?
Yes. We can discuss central purchasing with property-specific branding, separate invoicing and different delivery schedules.
What are your minimum orders?
Hospitality minimum quantities depend on the chosen product, case size and branding method. Tell us your preferred format and anticipated usage for a tailored quote.
What are your lead times?
Standard hospitality products typically require 2–3 weeks; branded or fully customised orders generally take 3–4 weeks. Please allow around two weeks’ notice for routine repeat orders. Timing is subject to approvals, payment and production capacity.
How does hospitality pricing work?
Prices are quoted by product, case or minimum quantity and supply arrangement. Volume discounts and group-wide pricing can be discussed for suitable accounts.
Do you offer free delivery?
Free delivery within Ireland is available on qualifying B2B orders of €500 or more excluding VAT. Other delivery arrangements and international shipments are quoted individually.
Can we purchase packaging upfront and draw down chocolates?
Yes. We can discuss advance packaging purchases, holding agreed packaging stock and scheduled chocolate production and delivery.
Do you provide product information and accommodate dietary needs?
We can supply relevant ingredient, allergen and nutritional information. Dietary suitability must be verified for the selected product and specification.
Can we request samples?
Yes. Samples can be discussed during the enquiry process, depending on the selected products and requirements.
What payment terms are available?
New accounts are generally paid upfront. Established hospitality customers may be offered 30-day terms after the first order, subject to agreement.
Can we collect from the factory?
Collection from our factory in Naas, Co. Kildare, can be arranged in advance.
