What is the minimum wholesale order?
Our minimum wholesale order is €250 excluding VAT, for new and existing stockists.
Can we mix products in one order?
Yes. Combine full cases of different SKUs to reach the minimum order value. Each individual case must contain a single SKU.
Do you publish wholesale prices?
Wholesale prices are available to approved trade customers. Enquire with your business details to receive our current catalogue and price list.
What margins can retailers expect?
Margins vary by product. Our trade price list includes wholesale pricing and advisory recommended retail prices so you can assess the opportunity.
What are your delivery charges?
Delivery throughout Ireland is free on qualifying orders of €500 or more excluding VAT. Orders below this threshold incur a €15 delivery charge.
How quickly can we receive our order?
Our typical lead time is approximately two weeks, subject to product availability, order size and production scheduling.
What payment terms do you offer?
New accounts generally pay upfront. Established accounts may qualify for 30-day terms following a satisfactory trading history.
Do you offer seasonal products?
Yes. We offer seasonal and limited-edition ranges, including Christmas products available for wholesale preorder, subject to availability.
Can we request samples?
Yes. Samples are available on request, with charges and any complimentary arrangements confirmed individually.
What is the shelf life of your products?
We aim to supply products with at least nine months of remaining shelf life. Many products have an overall shelf life of approximately 12–18 months, depending on the product.
Are your products suitable for online retail?
Yes. Retail products include barcodes and relevant labelling information. We can provide product images and specifications for approved stockists.
Do you offer exclusive products for retailers?
For suitable order volumes, we can discuss retailer-specific products, flavours and packaging.
Can you supply multiple locations?
Yes. We can discuss bulk orders and delivery arrangements for businesses operating multiple retail locations.
Do you offer sale-or-return?
No. We do not currently offer sale-or-return or consignment arrangements.
Can we collect from your factory?
Yes. Collection from our factory in Naas, Co. Kildare, can be arranged in advance.
